Position description

Responsibilities

Waiting: Serving food and beverages, operating the cash register, ensuring the cleanliness of the bar/restaurant.
Reception: Greeting, check-in, and check-out of guests, collecting payments for services, providing information about the hotel and the destination.
Telephone, e-mail, and in-person communication with guests.
Resolving guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Active sales of hotel services.

Qualifications

High School education (tourism-hotel management or similar is an advantage).
Experience in a waiter and/or receptionist position is desirable.
Excellent fluent knowledge of English (mandatory) and knowledge of a second foreign language (an advantage).
Communicativeness, friendliness, professional approach, and pronounced hospitality.
Willingness to work in shifts.
