Position description

We are looking for motivated and creative Chefs, ready to work according to high standards, under the guidance of the Head Chef. We offer an opportunity for a long-term career in a 4-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking dishes according to menus, recipes, and set standards.
Quality control of ingredients and finished dishes.
Adherence to the HACCP system and all hygiene regulations.
Proper and careful use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and devices.
Assisting with inventory and ingredient ordering.

Qualifications

Vocational/High School education in the culinary field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Chef position (depending on the complexity of the role).
Knowledge of the HACCP system.
Ability to work independently and a high level of responsibility.
Willingness to work in a team and flexibility.
